Delete your LAS Converter account

LAS Converter (website, Windows app and the Android app com.lasconvert.app) is made by LAS G Concept, Nigeria. One account works in all of them, so deleting it here deletes it everywhere.

Email support@lasconverter.lasgconcept.com from the e-mail address of your account with the subject "Delete my LAS Converter account". We complete email requests within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your login (e-mail, password hash or Google sign-in link) and all sessions on every device.
• Your profile: plan, Premium expiry date and any Premium time left (it is not refunded; see the Terms).
• Your daily download counts and your download history (links and titles).
• Premium cloud copies of downloads are already deleted automatically within 24 hours, and link-download files on our server within 45 minutes.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (payment reference, plan, amount, currency, status, dates and the e-mail used to pay) are kept as long as Nigerian tax and accounting law requires, generally 6 years, then deleted. We never had your card or bank details; Bachs (or Paystack for older payments) keeps its own records under its policy.
• Security logs (IP address, browser, time) held by our hosting providers are deleted on their normal schedule, at most 30 days.
• Files on your own device (converted or downloaded files, and the app itself) stay on your device. Uninstall the app or delete the files yourself.
• Anonymous daily usage totals contain no personal data and are not affected.
