Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and LAS G Concept, which operates LAS Converter (the website, Windows app and Android app). By using LAS Converter you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

LAS Converter converts video, audio and image files, downloads publicly available media from links, transcribes speech and makes subtitles. Some features are available only in certain apps; for example, YouTube downloads work only in the Windows app.

2. Accounts

• You must give a valid email and keep your password secret. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Each account can be active on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing or reselling an account isn't allowed.
• You must be at least 13, and have a parent or guardian's permission if you are under 18.

3. Acceptable use

You may only convert or download content that you own or have permission to use. You must respect copyright, creators' rights and the terms of platforms such as Facebook and YouTube. You must not:

• download private content or content you're not allowed to access;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools against the service, or try to get around limits;
• use the service for illegal, abusive or harmful content;
• try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Plans and limits

Free: up to 720p, 10 downloads a day, videos up to 20 minutes, with ads. Premium: HD up to 4K, 200 downloads a day, longer media, batch conversion, speech to text, subtitles, priority queue, 24-hour cloud history and no ads. Limits may change to protect the service, and we'll update the website when they do.

5. Payments

• Premium costs ₦1,500 for 1 month or ₦12,000 for 1 year, paid in Naira through Paystack (card, bank transfer or USSD).
• Premium is prepaid and does not renew automatically. Buying again adds time to your current period.
• Premium starts once Paystack confirms the payment. If you were charged but Premium didn't start, contact us with your payment reference.

6. Refunds

Payments aren't refundable once Premium has been used, except where the law requires a refund. Duplicate payments, or payments where Premium was never activated, are refunded.

7. Availability

We work to keep LAS Converter running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". The free download server may take up to a minute to wake up, and third-party sites can change in ways that stop downloads from working.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, LAS G Concept isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or how you use downloaded content. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

9. Suspension

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we'll refund the unused Premium time.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions: see Contact.
