Are my files uploaded?

No. Conversions (video to MP3, images, audio) run inside your browser with ffmpeg.wasm, so your files never leave your device. Only downloads from links (for example Facebook) go through our server.

Why doesn't YouTube work on the website?

YouTube blocks servers from downloading. YouTube downloads work in the free Windows app, which downloads from your own connection.

How do I pay?

With Paystack: debit/credit card, bank transfer or USSD, in Naira. Premium starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Does Premium renew automatically?

No. You pay for 1 month or 1 year, and you can renew whenever you like; renewals add time to your current period.

Why does the first download take a minute?

The download server sleeps when nobody is using it and needs about a minute to wake up. After that it's fast.

Can I download private Facebook videos?

No. Only public videos work. For posts, open the video itself and use Share → Copy link.
